Clifford Hospital is the first large-scale comprehensive tertiary hospital in China to pass the international JCI certification, a national drug clinical trial base (GCP), a general higher medical education and teaching hospital in Guangdong Province, a famous traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Guangdong Province, and a designated medical institution for the "Hong Kong and Macao Drug and Equipment Access" in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
